Pumpkin fun

Today is the Halloween dress up day and of course I had to dress up. Our theme was super heros and villians but I completely forgot and a last minute attempt I dug up and old pumpkin costume. It was a liile snug ( it was age 3/4)
There was all sorts walking around today from witches to zombies and dead clowns to tigers. At lunch the costume parade was in full swing. All the best dressed from all the years struted their stuff to try and win the prize. And being teenagers of course their was loads of selfies.

Work experience

Sorry I've been neglecting by blogging duties.I just finished my 4th week at Troytown Equine Vet and I'm loving it. I was really nervous the first day but now I've settled in. I'm really enjoying working with the horses and learning more about them. I have seen lots of interesting cases and injuries.
Over the last four weeks I've seen loads from x-ray to MRI and standing surgery and ultrasound. Although a lot of the medical talk is just going straight over my head I am picking up some things. Love Wednesdays at work experience.

Minions

Friday was the fun walk. Our class dressed as minions and sang wannabe by the spice girls. We painted ourselves yellow Our performance was fun even if was a little cringey.
After watching the other years I took my post at the traffic lights. I had to help everyone cross the road. Feeling very important I signaled for the first group to cross the road. They stampeded across the road, totally ignoring me when I told them to wait when the light had gone red. Everyone made it back safely in the end.

I'm still a little yellow.....
